Position requires to be on-site. This is a W-2, salaried role, benefits eligible.
Summary:
- Job Position: Interpreter (Mandarin).
- Salary: $70,000-75,000+ additional compensation for OT.
- Shift: Day Shift - 5/10s could shift to 6/10's.
- Location: Glendale, KY.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Will provide interpreter/administrative tasks associated to a Construction Site in support of all employees who require English to Mandarin interpretation.
- Walking or standing for multiple hours at a construction site/location.
- Administrative work in the office/orientations/trainings.
- 2-year-long project.
- Will be on their feet a majority of the day on a construction site, moving about.
- High fluency in Mandarin.
Requirements:
- MUST be fluent in Mandarin (Chinese).
- Prefer local to the project but will do per diem.
- Ability to start this project ASAP.
- Must have excellent writing and computer skills.
- Great communication - written & verbally.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Interpreter/Translator.
- Willingness to complete administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum 5 years professional/technical translating.
- Project up to 2 years.
